What is your favorite thing about your profession?
"The people! It was a big change to go from marketing in a collection agency to owning a salon. I love coming to work every day. The staff is like family and many clients have become like an extended family to me"
What do you think you are best at?
"I still love marketing, promotions, holding contests, and planning events in the salon. My organizational skills have come in handy with the product ordering. I also like helping the staff pursue their goals."
How long have you been in your profession? "Since we opened the shop in May of 2004. I graduated from Miami in 1990 with a BS in Marketing."
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
"I enjoy going to my son's football games. Both boys play baseball and my husband, Randy, coaches. Though free time is minimal, I prefer to spend it with friends and family shopping or going to the movies."
Is there anything else you would like to add?
"To see our vision become a reality is amazing. I, like Kim, feel very blessed with all the relationships we've developed with our staff and clients. I look forward to our future"
